solid

sometimes u wish u dont what u know.
sometimes u wish u know what u dont know.
sometimes u wish u know what u know.
sometimes u wish u dont know what u dont know.
but believe me
every single thing u know
has hikmah behind that
may be it's hard to accept the truth
but the truth is TRUE...
u cant deny it....
He creates u, so He has a plan for u.
His plan is perfect.
He wants u look at the right angle and right situation.
c'mon...move on...u got to lift

Lift - Shannon Noll

I know you're hurting
Feels like you're learning
'Bout life the hard way
And it ain't working
Seems like forever
That you've been falling
It's time to move on
You're life is calling, yeah
[chorus]
This was never meant to be the end
Close the book and start again
Cause I know how hard it can get
But you gotta lift
You gotta lift
And sometimes that's how it is
But I know you're stronger
Stronger than this
You gotta lift
You gotta lift
When you can feel your
Whole body's aching
What's left of your heart
It won't stop breaking
You gotta let go
You took a hit
Time to pick up now
Move on from this
[chorus]
Lift yourself up above all the hurt
Don't give it
Wipe your eyes and remember
You're better than this
Let them know
That they took their best shot
And missed
C'mon and lift
[chorus]

ps: maaf kerana menceroboh kawasan larangan. it taught me lots...

stress??

stress stimulates hypothalamus to secrete corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH). this hormone travels to anterior pituitary gland through hypothalamic-hypophyseal portal system and stimulates the secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). this hormone is secreted to blood stream and binds at adrenal gland receptor and then cortisol is released. cortisol will increase blood glucose by stimulating gluconeogenesis, increase blood amino acid by stimulating protien degradation and also increase blood fatty acid by stimulating lipolysis. the presence of cortisol will inhibit hypothalamus from secreting CRH and inhibit anterior pituitary gland from releasing ACTH. this negative feedback system for cortisol maintains the level of cortisol in the blood. concentration of cortisol depends on the level of stress. a greater increase in cortisol levels is evoked in response to severe stress than to mild stress. however, the present of cortisol might lead to anti-inflammatory and immunosuppresive effects. therefore, who's having stress might have low level of defence system and lost weight.
